Our online registration system requires that you setup a member account. Once you have completed this, you will use this same account in future years. Please make a note of your account name (it will be your e-mail address) and password.
Important: A new member account should only be created if the previous member account is not recognized.
The system will ask you to create a member account but will not allow you to pay for your member account on its own. Please ensure that you have your players registered for this season prior to proceding to check out.

As parent/guardian of the player I am registering, I understand and accept the risks to the player through his or her participation in activities associated with soccer, which may include the risk of serious and permanent injury and potentially death. Therefore, in consideration of Triwest permitting the player to attend and participate in any of its activities, events or games, I, on behalf of and for the player, his or her heirs, representatives, executors and administrators, do hereby release (each of the following being a "Released Party") Triwest, the SouthWest League, CMSA, the Calgary Soccer Federation and all facility providers (such as gyms, soccer fields and soccer centres where an activity, event or game may take place) and all directors, officers, employees and agents of such parties, from any and all claims, demands, damages and causes of action which may arise out of or in connection with any loss, injury or damage to the player or their property which may be suffered or incurred while attending or participating in (including transportation to and from) a Triwest activity, event or game, regardless of whether or not such loss, injury or damage arose by reason of the negligence of a Released Party.
I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless all Released Parties from any and all losses, claims, demands and damages that may be suffered or incurred by any Released Party arising out of or in any way connected with the player's attendance at or participation in any such activity, event or game.
Fees are outlined below. The registration fee includes the following:
- Weekly games/practices
- Integrated Technical training for all teams
- Year end team party
- Individual and team photo
- Subsidized tournament entry

All fees are in $CAD.
Early bird fees are in effect until August 1, 2017. An additional charge of $30 is applicable for registrations received after this time.
* Uniform Deposit cheques are no longer required for U8 CMSA. A $100 fee will be charged to your credit card should you fail to return your uniform at the end of the season.
** If you do not wish to volunteer, please select the non-volunteer fee when selecting the registration product. A fee of $100 will be added to the registration if you elect to waive your volunteer commitment.
Current Triwest communities include Westgate, Glendale/Glendale Medaows, Killarney/Glengarry, Roscarrock, Glenbrook, Richmond, Knob Hill & Shaganappi. Each family registering is required to have an updated community membership. Children outside of these designated Triwest Communities are welcome to enroll please send a message to email@example.com
TriWest Soccer Association Registration Information
All online payments are by secure online Credit Card. Those wishing to pay by cheque can do so at the Open Houses or contact the registrar.
** Note ** - As part of the online payment process, the system will automatically create a Secure Payment Profile. This profile will allow you to perform multiple registrations without having to re-enter your credit card number. This same profile will also be used by the West Hills United Administrator to process payments in the event that you do not return your uniform or do not complete your volunteer requirements for the club.
Receipts for all three affiliated clubs (Triwest, Signal Hill, and West Hills United) will be issued by Signal Hill Soccer due to a shared billing system. One receipt is to confirm the registration and volunteering; the other is to confirm the financial transaction.
All online refund requests must be submitted in writing to the TriWest Board at triwestsoccer.com (not to your age coordinator or coach).
Refunds requested PRIOR to the registration closing date will be made minus an administration fee of $25 for all programs.
AFTER the registration closing deadline, refunds will be considered that are of a medical nature and accompanied by a doctor’s note. They will be reviewed by the board of TriWest Soccer and if approved will be made with respect to the following process:
Prior to the season starting – 50%-100% at boards discretion
Once the season begines - 50% of the registration fee.
After 1 month of play - no refunds
In registering with TriWest Soccer Association, you consent to the organization’s use of the information you have provided for administration purposes such as contact lists, volunteer lists, team/coach lists and other such requirements for running the league.
Your information would only be shared to a third party if it is for continued use associated with TriWest Soccer. One such situation is the sharing of registration information with Calgary Minor Soccer Association for their administration purposes. Also if TriWest Soccer was to enter into a tournament it would once again need to share such information.
To continue in the online registration process, you choose to accept the publication of your personal information for use by the Triwest Soccer Association for administration purposes and acknowledge that this information is not being collected to be shared with a third party unless it is a program TriWest Soccer is associated with.
TriWestSoccer Club is a volunteer based organization. The success of the program is as a result of the many volunteer hours provided.
We need a small contribution of time from all parents. TriWest Soccer requires that one parent in each family make themselves available as a volunteer for each child registered. Please indicate on the registration form which position(s) you would prefer to help out with. You will be contacted during the year to help out as needs arise.
Some positions can be shared by a group of people. There will be full support from our existing volunteers. It is a fun way to get out and meet some of your neighbours and to get involved. You will be working together, often in a team environment, with others who will help you out and explain the responsibilities in more detail.
If the parent prefers, the volunteering requirement can be waived for a fee of $100. This fee will be included in the registration fees by selecting the non-volunteer fee at the time of registration.
